This week, Olivia:
- Knows the days of the week, in order
- Makes the cutest silly face when she’s about to get some treat she wants – “wooahh” (see below, haha!)
- Loves squash “spaghetti”, which I make with my new vegetable spiral slicer
. It’s such an easy, healthy, super quick dish that we all enjoy. You basically wash the squash, julienne it, cook it with tomato sauce and chopped veggies and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top. I’ll post the recipe next time I make it!
- Was acting really “off” when we picked her up from daycare on Thursday. After a bit of probing, she said, “Livy cried today at night-night time.” We thought she was just saying that but sure enough, when I asked her teacher the following morning, she said O cried every 20 min during nap time, like she was having a bad dream. How nuts is it that she actually told us what happened?!
